How do I purchase tickets?
Simply click on the "Book Now" button on our website, or right here, and follow the prompts.
Can I just show up without making a booking?
Absolutely! We accept walk-ins Thursday thru Saturday. Please book online if you wish to use our studio on a Sunday. We are open Monday-Wednesday for private group bookings only.
How much does it cost?
The price is $25 per person. Children 0-2 are free.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Please be sure to arrive about 5-10 minutes early.
Can I still get in after my booking time has started?
Yes, but please keep in mind that your time will still end when scheduled to end. We encourage everyone to arrive early to get their maximum time allowance in.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit as we leave that up to the discretion of the parents/guardians. Since the studio is an interactive experience we do not allow strollers as they quickly can become trip hazards to others.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, we are wheel chair friendly.
Is there free parking?
Yes, there is ample parking at Clark's Pond Shopping Center.
Do you offer any group discounts?
We do take bookings outside of normal business hours for groups larger than 10. Our group rate is $20 per person. If you have a large group you wish to bring in, please send us an email.
Can I bring my dog?
We absolutely LOVE our four legged friends! There is even a dog that "works" here regularly! Please let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing in your furry friend for pictures. PLEASE DO NOT walk in with your dog if you have not yet spoken to us! Just send us a quick email at before arriving or making your booking :)
Can I bring my own camera?
Absolutely! You can bring in any camera you wish, however, please leave all other photography equipment at home.
How long can I be there?
Bookings last an hour.
Can I bring different outfits?
At this time, no, as we do not have anywhere for you to change. We may be adding a few dressing rooms soon, though :)
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer any refunds but we are more than happy to reschedule your booking for a more convenient time as long as you give us 24 hour notice.
Something came up and I cannot make my scheduled booking, can I give my ticket away?
We can either reschedule your booking if you give us 24 hour notice first. Otherwise, yes, just give us a call and let us know the names of the person(s) you will be giving your tickets to.
Are we allowed to bring in food and drinks?
No, please be sure to eat and quench your thirst before arriving.
